His build literally right now is so cheap while still having enough AP to burst people due to his passive. Honestly no.. draft phase itself is good way to look at it.. All champs from skt is short to mid range and they have no real engage at that point everything will fall apart.. faker goes in "event horizon" then chained cc.. All over again.
