I recently had the misfortune of flying with [Air Arabia], and it was undoubtedly the worst travel experience of my life. I forgot my briefcase on the aircraft and didn't notice until I went past passport control, I had no way of going back to the aircraft but reported it right away, and it took months of phone calls and emails still didn't get my belongings or my money, it took Air Arabia five months to send me an email stating that there was only £1065, not £9000 in my briefcase. Not only did their cabin crew steal a substantial amount of money from my briefcase, but the company's response to this shocking incident was abhorrent. They refused to investigate the case, denied any responsibility, and left me utterly devastated, frustrated, and out of pocket.
