How to make a SUPER Jumping Origami Arrowhead

- [Simple] How to fold a Super Jumping Origami Arrowhead. This model jumps higher and farther than any other jumping origami models I've seen or folded! Also featured in this video.... The jumping arrowhead in this tutorial has a similar form as the Super Ninja Slingshot Arrowhead that I taught here: • Origami Super Ninja Sl... and both models can jump well and be used as a slingshot arrowhead. However, the one in this tutorial is larger and perhaps a little cleaner-looking. It's funny I didn't even remember about the Slingshow Arrowhead until putting the last final touches on this video! Luckily they are a bit different, but from a practical sense, they are probably interchangeable. It's funny I never realized that the Slingshot Arrowhead could jump, but now that I think about it (I don't even need to fold it) I'm sure it can jump super well, maybe even as well as this model.

Pretty much the same... at least the same concept, but very different application.

Neat idea! If you have a 6 inch paper you could make a ruler that is half a foot in length. The only problem is that most "6-inch kami" is actually instead 15cm which is slightly shorter than 6-inches. If you want to make a cm ruler then you could divide the 15-cm kami into 15ths and that would work. Actually, come to think of it, there's a very easy way of doing that! Divide the paper into 16ths by folding in half, in fourths, 8ths and 16ths. Then fold one unit off, so you have a 15 by 16 rectangle. Now make a fold that extends from corner to corner of the 15 by 16 rectangle and unfold. When you look at the intersections of the creases, that new diagonal crease is perfectly divide into 15 parts. So now you just need to add the perpendicular folds at the intersection points and you will have divided original square into 15 equal parts. I hope that makes sense. Maybe I should make a tutorial for that?... Thumbs up anyone?
