As a Husky owner (3 of them) I can tell you that they are very friendly with children. They have a keen understanding of babies, in that they are very tolerant with children. This Husky is not threatened or agitated with the baby. Very cute video.
Huskies are a vocal breed. One of the things they are known for is their "singing", where they like to howl along. It comes with the territory of any smart breed. They like to talk and sing along, and the baby is making a sound like other huskies make, just by doing it's usual baby babble. It's a sweet little cross species interaction.
My dog helped me become one of the best singers in my state. I had a naturally deep voice and she did this when I was playing the violin so I tried for hours everyday to get her to do it with my singing and I finally got an almost 4 octave range from practicing with her. She's my sweet baby girl :)

My husky does something similar whenever somebody in the house gets into an argument. My mom and I could start getting into our loud voices and she just shows up and starts talking to get us to stop. Huskies are just amazing.
