Night time in bed is my most hated part of my day. I can’t shut off my brain. I worry about my country and I think about the things I need to get done, my past failures and I get horrible anxiety over society. I feel my heart racing and sometimes I can’t sleep and will get up without really sleeping. I’m awake at 3AM now because of my anxiety.
God can help so much in this if you can trust Him with your life and things going on in life. He has given me peace and the ability to rest in Him. Even if things around me are horrible.
I wake up at 3am every day we at least 6 days a week. I found that if I take 30 inhales and exhales, this helps. You only focus on your breathing, nothing else. It will help. Not instantly, but it will work.
I used to, but now I’m so physically exhausted after a full day of work I go right to sleep. My body tells my brain to f*** off and stop thinking about shit because it needs sleep to recover from the day 😂😂😂

I have been trying to figure this one out for a few years and I agree that greed motivates most people in this world. However, I am beginning to think that there are many people who are just too d*mn scared, even if only subconsciously, to deal with the fact that we have to take responsibility for our actions, thoughts and emotions. There is a way forward out of this mess and one can be part of the solution or pretend everything is OK as it has been. A friend from my elementary school days, whom I have enjoyed a very good friendship with, went back to school for a degree in theology and now says she can't speak of everything that is wrong today, or me, because she needs to 'follow her path'. That 'path' is not dealing with reality. It is hiding from it.

yeah I have been struggeling with this unstoppable bad thoughloop at night but after I started doing a magic mushroom trip once a year Im way less bothered.my heart are allowed to be still and calm so I can sleep well.abit of weed sometimes also keep me in a good place for months at a time. when war in ukraine broke out I felt anxiety for 2 months.then I just smoked some weed one evening and I felt the niggeling anxiety disappear.didnt feel a thing for 6 months. Night time in bed is my most hated part of my day. I can’t shut off my brain. I worry about my country and I think about the things I need to get done, my past failures and I get horrible anxiety over society. I feel my heart racing and sometimes I can’t sleep and will get up without really sleeping. I’m awake at 3AM now because of my anxiety.
God can help so much in this if you can trust Him with your life and things going on in life. He has given me peace and the ability to rest in Him. Even if things around me are horrible.
I wake up at 3am every day we at least 6 days a week. I found that if I take 30 inhales and exhales, this helps. You only focus on your breathing, nothing else. It will help. Not instantly, but it will work.
I used to, but now I’m so physically exhausted after a full day of work I go right to sleep. My body tells my brain to f*** off and stop thinking about shit because it needs sleep to recover from the day 😂😂😂

I have been trying to figure this one out for a few years and I agree that greed motivates most people in this world. However, I am beginning to think that there are many people who are just too d*mn scared, even if only subconsciously, to deal with the fact that we have to take responsibility for our actions, thoughts and emotions. There is a way forward out of this mess and one can be part of the solution or pretend everything is OK as it has been. A friend from my elementary school days, whom I have enjoyed a very good friendship with, went back to school for a degree in theology and now says she can't speak of everything that is wrong today, or me, because she needs to 'follow her path'. That 'path' is not dealing with reality. It is hiding from it.
If we, the people, don't immediately wake up, come together, and act to stop the accelerating downward spiral in this great country, we truly are finished. This year is critical for the future of the United States and the world.

I was being attacked all night last night and spent hours praying I was seeing BLK mass running thru my house lastbight Everytime I almost saw it it would disappear so fast than as I was laying down outside my house I hear screams like souls in hell trying to escape. I‘m from Germany, and I was never a Prepper or something, but i had a deployment in the Kosovo - Serbian war, and since a couple of months i got this feeling in my gut that we will fight for our life’s, so i started preparing my family, because IF the war in Europe escalates, Germany will be one of the first targets, since the US have they Nukes parking here in Germany.

yeah I have been struggeling with this unstoppable bad thoughloop at night but after I started doing a magic mushroom trip once a year Im way less bothered.my heart are allowed to be still and calm so I can sleep well.abit of weed sometimes also keep me in a good place for months at a time. when war in ukraine broke out I felt anxiety for 2 months.then I just smoked some weed one evening and I felt the niggeling anxiety disappear.didnt feel a thing for 6 months. I live in scandinavia so im close to this :p
