I 💕 ❤️ love the closet space and outside space in and at this house i have alot of family functions at my house an this outside space is gorgeous the color on the inside doesn’t do it for me when i see brown i think of my grandmothers home an this has way to many dark colors if they where to paint the crown molding doors an kitchen cabinets a lighter color😇it would make the inside POP love the theater room an the colors that where chosen now Mr i have to APPLAUD YOU👏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾👌🏾you are doing an awesome job on showing your houses a lot of agents mess up by only giving a few photos they figure that we the people only want to see what’s most important and me personally i want to see it all an you sir show it all i just found your videos yesterday an i am very pleased with how you take your time if you don’t know. Looks like a lot of corners were cut - when I see red brick, I know that they cut corners every where. Air conditioning ducting? Electrical? Plumping? Structure? Foundation? Hard to see. But clearly cheaply built

Parts of the inside of the house seems dated but still a beautiful home
I love the house but there was 1 room you didn't show. That room opposite the media room. You can clearly see how big it is when walking towards the billiards table. Got me very curious now!!!

I think it's a bit overpriced, but the layout is good and the backyard is amazing. Again it's big, but not overwhelming. I think and feel that 4000-4700 square footage in a home is very accommodating and manageable.
They really glossed over the showers, that's my favorite part!!

The garage looks atrocious..but the layout of this home is spacious but yet it seems cramped. The backyard is what will sell this home.
A very gorgeous home, and I love the wood tone and accents...something I very much prefer in home design versus pail or stale colors. Personally the main complaint I'd have is that pantry, it's rather lacking and cheaply done. Buut nothing that couldn't be tended to.

The floor plan needs to be opened more. Seller should throw in at least 15k concessions for upgrades.. Also looks like love was missing from the home. Blessings..

welcome to 70s ..damn TOOO MANY walls after walls , narrow rooms after rooms & hallways , woods on walls., DARK. .BIG stairwells right IN front ur face when u walk in , to much woody wood everywhere, dark & narrow , many walls ...NOOO WAY , a lots red flags!!! yuck..is Ugly, good luck
4200 square foot home and the bedrooms and closets are way too small. probably HOA and 20 feet from the neighbor on a 1 acre lot. boggles the mind.
