This one needs a bigger garage, a bigger living room and a larger owners suite as well.
I agree 100% the layout is just not it. They could have removed a bedroom and boom rearrange it and add the 2 car garage and perfect.

@@DallasHomesForSale this house is everything I could ever want but way out of my price range. A basement in Texas would be ideal but where in the 500K - 600K price range.

Very little windows..and few windows..I would expect a house at that price point to have more than basement like windows.. The whole house feels like a basement apartment..smh
