What about a revolving credit facility ?
Man the situation with having investment properties that are cash flow positive seems a thing of the past . I did the maths on whether I could do this and would need to make a bit top up to cover the lending

How about the extra principal youre payiing on having the offset though. In the long run wouldn't it be better to keep what you need in the offset but put most off the house? If U need money in the future for something U could borrow of the equity.
