Market mei jaa kr dekho, 3rd class k flats hai iss rate mei. Ye toh bohot sahi hai. Location 👌, layout 1 number 👌, open space 👌 , material quality 👌. New projects dekho kitne bekaar aa rahe hai.

Construction quality is bad. Titles are broken, crack line in walls. Only good thing is balcony.
