NVDA is a program to help the blind people to use the computer it read every think on the screen
he works with windos and alot of programs like vs2017 and every OS has screen reader

you can use VS2017 with unity ( instead of monodevelop ) - that will help you with code; but the editor is - unfortunately - not fully accessibility compliant; however, I have found a feedback entry for this: feedback.unity3d.com/suggestions/screen-reader-accessibility
there appear to be few further hints and advices in the comments.

For your information: Reality Capture is 100 $ for 3 month and Photoscan 180 $, and they are really good software

For your information: For those 180$ Photoscan gives you an unlimited time licence with free updates up to version 1.9. much better on my opinion. Its a RAM hog tho.

If you can retopologise your models and fill in the holes manually, you can get a pretty good result with a phone.

The other guy on the left, sounds quite rude, this is official place where they present their works and products, not their frontyard.

You're the type of person who could be guided to the fountain of life and you'd complain you don't like its colour.
