This is qadri, if you read up on tasauf you will understand that the thikr can cause you to go into Tareeq (pls excuse my spelling) but it's a form of ecstacy of the soul in lay man terms. They are not praying to the ouliyah ikraam, but the kramats have a certain spiritual ambience that can't be explained. Even when the thikr takes place in a masjid it is not the same as when you recite at home. The intention is the rememberance of Allah swt. And they do send salaams on Nabi Mohammed saws in all the thikr. When they start they usually start with ratib ul gadat (surah Yasin, Surah Mulk, Surah alif lam mim so they recite the Quran definitely. This is such a beautiful rendition and still taught today
Walahi this was the best part of growing up up If you do this gadat you can't go back to the normal gadat Watching this brings joy to my heart and tears to my eyes
They are bowing down before a grave!!! this is grave worshipping and it's shirk, why would they make zikr before a dead person who can't even help himself?

Our Prophet (saw) also told us: “He who remembers his Lord and he who does not are like the living and the dead.” (Bukhari & Muslim) Dhikr is an all-embracing term that, in addition to including the ritual acts of worship, covers an array of activities of the tongue and heart. It involves thinking of and making mention of Allah at all times and in every area of our lives. This is the worship that has no special time, but is performed constantly so that it permanently links up man’s life with Allah and His service.
Yes it is allowed, dhikr can be performed in any place by bringing together three people. As, our master Prophet PBUH had said; “The earth is like a Masjid for the believers.”(25) In Muhammadiya Sufi branch, anyplace where salah prayer can be performed is accepted to be a suitable place to do loud dhikr.
