- This an easy tutorial of making colored pots using plaster of paris. This will teach you on how to properly mix the plaster of paris, the ratio of plaster and water, and the molder for the pot. This also includes adding coloring material in the plaster pot.

is bonsey the same as clear crystal shellac or is this automotive paint? Another doubt after applying it is waterproof the vases can be watered with water and also stay in the open sky?

How long will it last outside before crumbling. Plaster or paris doesn't do well with moisture thanks.

Yup! But not 100%, better than nothing.

many people told me that if I use plaster of paris the product can not get wet at all or it will dissolve and break. How long do yours last and how do you water proof them?

Use cement-sand mixture because POP doesn't have any strength and will break easily. You can apply POP on the cement-sand pot which will give a smooth finish.

What color powder you used? Name pls
Its a food color powder. But i dont recommend it because it fades. Better use latex paint, same procedure.

Really cool, it's this material hard? Like it is resistant? Can hold good the water when watering? And last question,did the material dissolve into the dirt in long term? Just because some plants can't have extra minerals from the pots
Answers:
1. Yep, it's hard like a cement
2. Resistant but not to gravity. It will break, don't let it fall
3. It can hold water, but if too much water it will absorb and the pot will sweat.
4. Won't dissolve easily. Some of my pots will celebrate their 1yr anniv this coming july. Wishing them to be stronger. Hehe

why do you think the green did not have quite the marble effect ...the yellow where the powder color was more concentrated gave a nice effect... the other colors had a nice marble effect. It's all in the mixing like you said ??
Yup. In green color i mixed it more than the other that's why no marble effect.
