I love the back and forth vocals between Marko and Floor here. Tuomas (keyboards/ primary songwriter) has said this song is a duel between the Devil and Mother Gaia. And that this is one of the darker songs on the album, you need the darker side to balance out the light. An Anette era song, from the 2011 Imaginaerum album. There is a choir, as well as an orchestra, but on backing tracks. For those track, they work with the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the London Meetro Voices Choir, and the Young Musicians choir of London. Guitarist is Erno Matti Juhani "Emppu" Vuorinen, a founding member from 1996 Jukka Nevalainen ( joined 1997) was on drums here in 2013, but this was one of his last shows, a couple more stops on this tour. The following summer (2014) , during the recording of the next album, he stepped aside from performing due to health issues caused by severe insomnia, but he remains with the band in management. Jukka called his friend ,kai Hahto from Wintersun, to take over. Kai was the drummer on the first song you did "An Ocean of Strange Islands" You also heard the 6th member in that song, multi instrumentalist and vocalist Troy Donockley. To properly meet Troy and Kai, suggest "I Want My Tears Back" from the live concert in Buenos Aires 2018 (2019 Decades DVD).

Understandable about not remembering the names. It can be hard remembering so many, especially if you are reacting to different bands. Keyboards - Tuomas (composer and lyricist), Drums - Jukka, Guitar - "Emppu, Bass/male singer - Marko, Lead singer - Floor. This is one of my favorites because of the teamwork between Floor and Marko. Their ability to work together, and to harmonize is exceptional.

Most of the orchestral parts and the choir are pre- recorded as backing tracks. But it is a real orchstra from London that is playing. Not any computor. Tuomas plays a lot on the keyboard but he can´t do everything. Hahahaha

They have trusted in me with how they had a very difficult time growing up & were very forthcoming in there "gift" of "sight." I just started noticing very slowly that I started processing the whole world around me, from my chats with them, very differently. I think this is the first time I've seen someone complain when the reactor plays the whole thing through and comments at the end! You did fine. I think this is one of my favourite Nightwish songs. Good songs with Marko as lead: High Hopes - End of an Era Concert ( A Pink Floyd tribute) While Your Lips are Still Red - Wembley concert The Islander - Tampere concert Endlessness- studio version Lyrics video (No live version exists as Marko had left the band by then. Its a really good version, though) Co lead with female vocalist: I Wish I had an Angel - A good version with Floor at Wacken concert, but I would suggest the one with Tarja in End of An Era concert. The Siren - End of an Era -This really showcases Tarja's vocals as the Siren and Marko is excellent as Odysius in the chorus Phantom of the Opera - their cover of the Andew Lloyd Webber song. Screams for itself😂. Honourable Mention as its more poppy than the others above, but it's a very sweet song with few reactors, if you dont mind that (and Marko co-wrote this with Tuomas): The Crow, The Owl and the Dove: the Official Fan video- second lead singer Annette Olzon on verses, Marko on chorus and Troy sings a bit too. I don't think you have met him yet.

Think about this, you still have Wembley 2015, Tempere 2015, Buenos Aries 2018, Floor's time on the Dutch TV show "Beste Zangers" 2019 (hope you like Phantom of the Opera and Shallow) - Amsterdam 2023, I'm sure I missed a couple.
