Sales negotiations take place when a buyer and a seller are trying to reach a deal on a purchase. Sellers can address a buyer's reservations about a purchase during these conversations by reiterating the worth of the item or service and offering concessions.
A win-win situation for a business owner is where both the salesperson and customers agree on a term where both parties are getting profits and value at the same time.
Negotiation shouldn't be one-sided either the customer is getting value with the products/service at their demanded price where the salesperson is unhappy or the salesperson selling the product at their proposed price where the customer is unhappy.
Negotiation should be in favour of both parties where neither feels dominated by the other.

Prepare before negotiating
2. Sell value not price - attacking the price , shift the orbit seel the benefits attach your price to the benefits. Kill them with your product benefits. Value of the value will sell. No price debate.
3. Giving some thing which customers feel victorious . Balance the deal. Value added , extended warranty . Giving happening on both sides. Make customer feel happy at the end of conversation.
4. Win win - no deal. Both of you will be satisfied. Happy to maintain cordial relationships
5. Business extremely confident. Marketing consistently . Leads pipeline of prospects. Confidence . Hold your price point . We don’t work below that . Big hack . Negotiations will not scare you. Protect yourself with unreasonable customers negotiations.

Vipin, as Mr Rajiv said, we need to sell the value; if our forecasted value is not attractive to them, better to walk away from them or reach the end user or the other stakeholders & the critical decision to share that valuable information with them & see if it works or not. It is also essential to have multi-level contacts such as Gate openers, well-wishers, end users, decision-makers, influencers etc. Please remember, all cup of tea is not for us. Pick the right one.
