Following this logic, I like to imagine vampires in the late 19th century discovering that they also don't show up in photographs, since the albumen print used at the time was made with silver nitrate and the dark parts of those photos are silver metal.
If I had a wealthy vampire friend, I would 100% spend a chunk of that money to commission a marble statue of them and keep it in my house just to make them smile whenever they come visit.

Honestly, very few asmr artists use the vampires as the core idea. However, when used, they are always done so well and quite alot is based on the vampire hunting you, so its nice to see one where your friends with a vampire. Reminds me of Parasol Protectorate book series. I really enjoy that series a lot, especially with one of the characters being a vampire friend. It is just really nice.

This reminded me of a thing that i saw it was of someone saying something along the lines of "theres always vampire stories where a vampire becomes bound and obsessed with a human, what if there was a story like thst but the relationship was completely platonic, like the magical amulet that keeps the human safe is just a cheap best friends necklace" i think thsts the relationship we have with this vampire
Yeah like vampires are just so used to being hunted (by church/hunters etc) or having people being terrified of them, that when they find someone who is lonely like them and just wants to hang out and be their friend they get a *bit* obsessive
