I use 1' tan masking tape in a roll than rip off the dirty. That why when I'm not racing I can tape off baseboards to paint the room. Can't do that with a lint roller,ha.

So you use WD-40 and put it on the track? I can see using alcohol, but WD? Interesting. My brand new AFX track is still sweating oil out 2 month's later. One thing I found is that your, (IIRC) S1 Lo/pro Viper tires I bought add grip to my MG+ cars but take away speed, sometimes lots of speed so watch your tire magnet combos.

Hello, I have a question. I have a neo car like the ones you sell. I only have a stock AFX track and controller. My car only goes about 2 feet then stops, and then acts jerky goes then stops goes then stops. Is it because of the stock track?

I run my neo cars on my AFX track and they ran fine other than they would pull the track sections apart. What power supply and controller are you using? What ohm motor in in the car? If you are using a stock wall pack for power and AFX 120 ohm controllers you will have issues.

@@marksslotcargarage yes that’s what I’m using stock 120 ohm controller and wall pack. What do you recommend ?

@@jerseymike4755 You will need a better controller with a lower ohm rating. Depending on your budget I recommend the Difalco DD505 controller for home AFX track use. If you are not going to wire your track for breaking and you plan to keep the AFX terminal track the DD505 is a great option and will let you run just about any car. I would also add the AFX dual power terminal track so you can run one power pack on each lane to provide more power to the cars.
