Here in Brazil we have the Brinquedos Estrela (Estrela Toys) and our slot car system made here in Brazil. Today all come from China and Europe. Slot Car is very funny. I love it!!👍🏻❤️😊🇺🇸🇧🇷 I pratice also Model Railroading and R/C model ships. Best Regards. Rodrigo Vasconcello
Great hobby! You have used your space wisely. I have never thought of using four crossover tracks. Good idea to even out the lengths of each slot. I guess it wouldn’t take too much to change to digital if you want to.
Awesome track! Well done. I received my first Scalextric track in 1968 and still build a track every year 😊. I wish I had a permanent setup. Liked and subscribed.
Hey, awesome track. I had a couple of question s: 1) How did you secure the track to your table? Screws, nails, track clips, glue? 2) Are the 8mm mdf infill panels secured to the table underneath, and if so how? Thank you. We are building a table track at home in our garage and I was after some pointers
Is this Scalectrix? Grreat track setup. I could get into this. I was into it ages ago and modified cars as the old Scalextric car design were ancient. I modified a old McLaren for my mate into the Alan Jones Williams car complete with down force.
What a great track layout! Really inspirational I must say. I have been designing tracks with overpasses, but I´m now tired of impairing the view of some parts of the track, and hence I´ve come to the conclusion that a track layout (like yours!) give the best feeling when racing. No obstructed views anywhere, and you get a continuous and good flowing racing feel with your car. Also a better design when you have track days and your track becomes somewhat crowded with cars and you want to avoid crashes when lane changing. Much easier to keep a race flowing with your type of design. Again, really neat and nice track layout and finish! Keep up the good work and rubber hot and sticky!
What’s the grey stuff you put around the track for your run off area please ? I’ve built my track on top of mdf boards in my loft, but I like what you’ve done with yours and would like to build something similar
Nice track this maybe the style of track I'll build but routed not plexy track. There is one idea I'll let you mull over is that to use curtain rail instead of scalextric Armco
Thanks! Yeah i wanted to have a routed track from the beginning but this time around it made a lot more sense to go with a scalextric track but in the future i probably take this track down to make a routed 3 lane track hahah 😅Sure why not that should work! The track i hade before i used like every day items to build stuff of hahah
@@nitronap2662 Hey, I am not sure why speed should be a problem for digital. I would put here some links of the digital racing we do on my track but youtube will delete them. If you want, have a look at some of the videos there.
I want to get my son a good start slot car track package but not wanting to spend an arm and leg. Can you PLEASE recommend a website that I can go to purchase one please?
Everyone loves running no magnets, as if GT world cars INTENSIONALLY slide out or fishtail. Although it looks good while we are racing, it is 100% unrealistic. GT2, GT3, and GT4 cars have MAXIMUM grip and do not purposely "fishtail." Lol, now if you put rally or drift cars on your layout, then you would be accurate.
Great layout...would have never thought to counter sink track flush with surface...great idea....👍
Awesome!
Super track and room ..👍....Harry
Love that set up! Perfect place too get away from daily stresses and clear the mind!
Thanks man 😁
Crossovers look like they are crash magnets multiple times in a lap xD
The decoration and finish is top notch, thank you for sharing!
Hahah😅 thanks 😁
Nice Track and great job on the custom painted cars!
Task looks amazing
I used to eat, drink and sleep slot cars,,,in 1967 all I wanted to do was go to buzz a Rama
Fantastic track! Great layout and a great workspace for building and tuning cars!
Great set up and an awesome layout, Nice job! Would love to see some laps on the track!
Installing lights in your car helps against darkness. Thanks for showing your nice track.
Really nice. Thanks for sharing.
tolle Bahn , Kompliment 👍
Very nice track, it's great to combine a long straight with shorter ones and tight curves.
That is a great looking track and work area.
wow amazing good work.

Parabéns por sua bela pista de Slot Cara! Projeto muito bem executado.
Verdade André! Muito bom!
I see you have your track in your garage, how does your track hold up when it's damp outside or have totally sealed your garage from the outside.
Very nice 👌
everyone liked that, such a nice hobby
The paint is to be admired. great job.
Thanks 😁
Thanks for posting the video. Really nice work on the track. Aesthetically right on and designed to allow for speed and require finesse. Great job.

Awesome. You have a lot of space to add little models and features
Awesome Track layout, might use some of your talent for mine....
Super nice clean layout!!
Killer setup! I’ve got a track on my poker table but I want to make something like this in the future.

Sweet layout!!
Well done

Nice Track and Setup! how did you recess the track? do you have pics or video of the build? Cheers

Nice layout!!!
Klasse Bahn.
great track, i love it! how do you connect your phone to the TV?
Hdmi to Usb-C using Dex :)
I’m jealous!
This is a nice Track!
Thanks 😁
Awesome job
Really nice set up nice to see scratch builds you may want to show how to make a slot car from a kit heers
What’s the grey stuff you put around the track for your run off area please ? I’ve built my track on top of mdf boards in my loft, but I like what you’ve done with yours and would like to build something similar
8mm mdf cut out arround the track pieces and then painted with grey acrylic :)
Nice job dude, looks fantastic
Thanks 😁
Great looking layout. What thickness MDF did you use? Does it match the track thickness well? Thanks
Thanks 😁 8mm but its not a perfect match its like 0,5mm off, just put some newspaper sides til it evens out

What’s your dimensions for the whole layout ??
Amazing track!
So…can I come over and race?
Nice setup
The way you sunk the track in the mdf is the best idea I have ever seen. Very cool. How did you remove the material from the mdf ? Router ?
Wow that’s a nice layout what’s your table size.
5x1,55x1,22 m😁
that is a neat setup. Where do you post pics of your builds? Are you part of any forum? And man, you should go digital ;-)
Thanks😁 instagram
puesracewayswedenslotcars, digital would be nice but the cars are way to fast for more than analog hahaha😅

My tip is to buy an old used scalextric sport set and then upgrade that to arc pro or arc air in the future if needed🙂
snyggt
Try to race without magnets in the cars, for real scale racing.Great layout
We never use magnets much more fun without 😁
I'm just starting to build a track but not to sure how high i should make it, what is the height of your track ?
1m :)
très intéressant; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une traduction en français.
Hi mate could you tell me what track plan it is please?
1m :)
Nice job on the track. What race management software do you run through your TV?
Magic arc 😁
@@nitronap2662 same here! I run an hdmi cable from my PC and it works great.
Where can I buy slot cars like that without spending 60-70€
We miss your fart videos 😢
Magic Ark?
Yes 😁
If you recessed the plastic in MDF. You should have just routed the slots in the MDF itself and did away with the plastic!
