@@shriyanshraut6047 to my personal experience since I already go through that phase 95 kilos to 70 kilos and then again 70 to 78 building muscles in 1 year and now remain still in 75 kilos and in that process I lost my half of my hair when I suddenly noticed light in my scalp through hairs. I work out like 4 hours a day. Then I tunedown myself and look up about it , and what I find out that too much fatigue of the body and cortisol level causes hair loss. Since then I do it in consideration maybe one hours a day and 70 to 80% of my body capacity , and lot of sunlight,. I get my 80% of hair back not full but it's OK.
