동감, 바보 등 정통 멜로만을 고집하며 한국형 멜로를 탄생시킨 장본인인 김정권 감독과 아름답고 깊이있는 선율로 스크린을 압도하는 감동을 만들어내는 오수진 음악감독의 음악이 만나 펼쳐내는 탄탄하고 가슴 먹먹한 순백의 사랑 이야기 '설해' 는 한류 스타 박해진의 스크린 데뷔작이자, 플라이 투 더 스카이 브라이언의 목소리를 영화에서 만날 수 있게 된 최초의 작품이기도 하다.
애절하고 감성적인 목소리로 멜로 팬들이 스크린에서 만나고 싶은 목소리로 오랫동안 기다렸던 브라이언이 '설해' 에서 최초로 목소리를 공개했다. 브라이언의 깊은 감성과 호소력 있는 목소리로 관객들에게 슬픔으로 각인되는 타이틀곡 ‘굿바이 그대’는 가수 겸 작곡가로 활동해온 서엘이 만들어낸 또 하나의 명품 발라드이다. 서엘 특유의 감성과 브라이언의 부드러움 속에 감춰진 허스키한 미성으로 가슴 저미는 슬픈 사랑을 이야기한다.
박해진의 나레이션을 오리지널 사운드트랙으로 담은 스코어 ‘편지’ 또한 박해진이 연기한 자상한 로맨틱 가이의 페르소나를 옮겨와 그의 목소리를 사운드트랙으로 듣기 원하는 팬들에게 깜짝 선물과도 같은 반가운 시도이다. 김정권 감독의 영상 미학을 음악으로 함께 만들어낸 감동의 스코어트랙들이 장면마다 음악으로 기억될 이 아름다운 영화 한편을 앨범에 고스란히 담아냈다.

I watched the movie a few minutes ago and now I'm in tears. It's shakes your emotions, great movie...
Saw this movie last night. Even tho i didn't watch it with eng sub and didnt understand much, i still cried so hard at the end. Amazing movie, definitely gonna watch it again. And this song is on repeat today, it deserves more views.
