  • Service light was on indicating new brushes we needed. Total repair cost $18 and ~15 minutes.

    Nice fix! We all appreciate you not showing all the dead air some people would while doing a fix like this one. (we had a meeting, we all agreed. LOL)

    Thank You,I got the Red service light, ordered my new Brushes from Amazon ,within 6 hours of use with Red light Drill stopped working.My brushes came in installed easily watching how you did it,used a metal dental pick to pull the spring,piece of cake Drill works great.Thank you.

    Definitely going to be doing this myself instead of paying the shop a hundred bucks for this ten minute job.

      @@mmrbeef Most definitely. The 11311EVS is a great demo hammer. Classic, well balanced design that doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles to complicate it's simple job of hitting hard. I think there's a reason Bosch has left them unchanged for ever. And nothing else I've used has the collar mechanism for bit rotation which is so much easier then fiddling with a top switch.
