Frazier dominated the 1st 10 rounds hitting Bova ena with everything not the kitchen sink vCutting Bonavena over both eyes as Ringo was on the ropes. But couldn't budge him. Bonavena came on strong after the 10th round. After the fight which Frazier won vFrazier faced was a mass of lumps. Great fight

Jim Jacobs said at 6:07 rounds seven and eight Oscar won by a slim margin.. rounds nine through thirteen were all Frazier with Joe punching away at the defensive minded Bonavena. ... it would appear that he did see the complete and it did exist when this compilation of highlghts was made. Unluckily he and Bill Cayton and Steve Lott are no longer wirh us to help with the long missing footage.

Jacobs said Frazier won his share of heavyweight title eight months ago... it was nine months ago March 4 1968
