Hello! We are the Beard Family. My husband Cleveland and have been happily married 19 years. We are raising 5 wonderful children. Clevon (20) Jalen (18) Iyanna (17) Dejah (14) and Janiyah (9). I know what you mean me and my two year old and my mom and nephews live with my aunt and it’s crowded I’m to the point where I want to move from my hometown but I think about my child’s well being like who will watch her while I work or go to school and I really don’t have help from her father or my family like that but I know things will be better

My first time watching you and you are describing my life right now with the county building. I hate it so much I have 4 kids. It's crazy how a piece of paper can stop everything. Cash aid and food stamps.... Oh and I'm in low income housing in the projects. I hope it gets better for me and my family.

You're so humble! I really enjoyed your vlog. Yes, I been there back in the day raised my kids as a single mother. I had to go threw difficult times and humble beginnings. I never forgot the struggles. I never know what may happen in life to land me back. I'm so, so thankful, and grateful! I used to be hooked on crunch n munch Carmel and pecans popcorn😋...LOL. I love, love Gardein veggie chicken nuggets, but my favorite are Gardein brand black bean veggie burgers....👍🤗TFS!

I can definitely relate with your story cuz we have had stamps at one point we also lived in low income housing Illinois don’t wanna give u a dime and u go through so much for crumbs smh 🤦🏻♀️ when my husband started working I was so happy to tell my caseworker I didn’t need her and her nasty attitude so I would never turn my nose up at anyone cuz it was a step stone for us too

Your hair didn't look too thin in the back. Have you tried the banding method to stretch your hair to combat the shrinkage? That would elongate your curls and picking it out would make it appear fuller. Fluffy.

I know what your saying about government assistance. It is a crutch to use until you dont need it. Government assistance is here to help you fill in the gaps until you get on your feet. As a young mom it came in handy for me until I got more stable. Its great to grow but I never forget where I come from.
