Back in ps3/360 days, the buffalo had the same livery, the strainer was the only one with the realistic LSPD emblem

I like the vanilla lspdfr. Would be nice if you could change the light bar. Not sure if you can without having to change the vehicles.

You can not. You have to change the whole vehicle.
