Let the salt fish boiled for 15 min and the Ackee for 15 min

Cliffie, next time do not boil the ackee. Instead, after you have sautéed the onion, tomato, sailtfish etc, then gently fold in the ackee. You don't want mushy ackee. Then heat it all together, and serve.
