There is an excellent neem oil called licel which is easily available in chemist shops. Just apply all over scalp and hair and keep overnight. Next morning, apply lemon juice on scalp skin, leave for sometime and then shampoo as usual. After bath, use lice comb to remove the dead or half dead lice. Repeat process once every week to remove the nits the same way. It is highly effective and my mom used it on me since my childhood

don't apply hair oil overnight, just apply hair oil for 3-4 hours, otherwise excessive oil will clog your pores and hence dandruff and hair fall continue. also you can try alternate day method, you can do oiling 2 times and a week , and use this video remedy 1 time a week, choose the day that works best for you. and also don' sleep with open hair.
over doing such remedies are not good. only works best with done in moderation
