👍👍 Two thumbs up on this one. I’m trying to figure out how to do a startup business next year selling cottage food items without all the permits. Me thinks lemonade(and/or) snow cones and pretzels might be the way to go to break into the food vending biz. Can’t wait to get started …just one question. What about taking it to locations without an available electrical outlet? Generators are loud and expensive. 🤔
That shaver looks pretty nice for the price. Off hand how much do you feel it shaves over an hour? Was thinking it might be nice to use shaved ice in lemonades to freeze them. Thoughts on that?
How would I plug in the ice machine? Do I need a permit? How do I get concession stand locations to work at? I want to start a business as I am out of work at the moment. I have a $25 dollar ice shaver from Amazon that I was thinking of filling an ice chest of already shaved ice. But was thinking about how to go about it.
Nice idea, please guide how to get electricity connection in a park or near a play ground? Secondly, don't you need a licence from council to sell food item?
On to our 4th event this past weekend Mike. 3 of them where a bust. I dint understand. What could have gone wrong? Even a huge soccer tournament. What do you think we could have done wrong?
I can’t say without actually being there. Here’s a list you should look at and see what applies . Too many vendors, not enough people, weather conditions, your pricing may be too high, you may have a bad product, not in the right spot to take advantage etc etc . Do any of these apply?
What model ice shaver do you use? Doesn't the Health Dept. require a person to have a NSF approved machine? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Chad
i bought the snowie max for 200 and everything you said but im having trouble with the generator being to loud because the snow cone machine is 1600 watts everytime i use it. what should i do?

I don’t know how many it can do in an hour. I’ve never really used that metric. Making slushy’s or frozen lemonade is a wonderful product my friend!

What would be the minimum amount of flavors to start with on a mobile trailer
Minimum would be 3 I’d say
Do you need hand washing/ware washing sinks?
@@BetterLivingFitness-Nutrition depends on your health department
What license I need for a trailer shave ice?. Please advice
I dont know Nevada regulations. I dont live there. Call your local health dept. They will have all your answers

It’s a Vevor 110 I believe. As far as the health department goes. I’ve never ran into that issue
@@foodtofinancialfreedom8562 I meant the snow cone machine. Thanks
@@chadcoisman8517 right. Ya that’s the model listed above . And no I’ve never had the health department ask if my machine was NSF certified
Thank you for your quick responses.
@@chadcoisman8517 happy I could help buddy. Now go get that money!

Either get a longer extension chord. To move the genny further away. Or buy a really expensive quiet model
What about vendor permits or city permits to sell shave ice as I'm sure the long arm of uncle sam wants his tax money
Yes. Permits are a given. You have to have them
I'm on a budget For REAL LOL 😂
Boss. Get started selling that food! The money is there my friend! Go get it
I don't see the links.
