Download game in ssd not hard drive and also install window in ssd nit hard drive i also face this problem but now i get 30-60 fps

for mine in control panel there is only acer and balanced
Why my grand rp only lags but not the normal GTA 5 like when i play gta 5 there's no lag and its on high settings only grand rp lags

Try to use DDU and after try to install fresh drivers for your GPU. Look for a guide on RUclips :)
