apartment hunting cuz i moved to europe

I have ruminated about getting settled into an apartment that I can call my own for very long. The fact that I am now in said apartment while writing this description gives me great joy. It also comes with responsibilities, expectations, inevitable (but very funny) fails and more.
I hope you enjoy this video as much as I hope I'll one day in future decades enjoy it - looking back into youthful memories and being proud of what I made out of my chaotic, yet admittedly privileged life. ♥︎

🌝 my recommendations 🌚
The very center of my comfort zone is my bed. Sometimes I want nothing but to stay in that singularity until I forget time. Maybe it's me looking for calm... maybe it's me being socially anxious... But leaving that center has given me difficulties, to say the least.
And so it happened that the once so shy preteen-John somehow - sometime later - got the courage to challenge this thought, i. e. one of his most anxiety provoking thoughts that he had ever experienced, and move out into another continent to stay there by himself...
Challenging social anxiety is always hard, but I have made the experience that doing so ends up pretty much never even coming close to how bad one imagines facing it. For that I recommend you doing so too.
(Edit: I rewatched parts of this recently months later and yes, I was still so oblivious to everything omg)
