    Hiya. It's really amazing, the direction you've taken your channel in. So many others now just seem boring, certainly predictable, anyway. I even find myself time code jumping because I know what's coming! You two are breaths of fresh air, please keep it up. All the best to you.

      @Brandy Parker - Hiya. I had a suspicion when they started posting 'repeats' but I never saw THAT coming. It was definitely a shock to my system. Such a crying shame. I have a couple of subs, still, to other (still boring/repetitive) travel channels but I tend to ignore most of the notifications. I will probably unsub soon and just open and watch something when a thumbnail catches my eye or it's about a favourite place of mine. I still think the Way Away was and is the way to go. All the best to you.

    If you went on that hunt after your posh breakfast, it was a good way to get some exercise and see parts of London off the tourist trail. I think it was a good idea to not say too much about where you went though, it looks like you both enjoyed it. Josh's "yo mamma" response to the Queen Of Hearts text made me laugh (even though they received a 10 minute time penalty) :-)

    When it comes to street art if the art is illustrative of the area like industry that used to exist then it would be awesome so often it's not like that.

  • @nickball4071
    @nickball4071 4 года назад

    My twin sister did this exact hidden city treasure hunt for the Cheshire Cat. Whomever thought of this thing is a marketing genius, you pay them £25 per person to get taken to multiple shops and bars where there are lots of cool things to look at and more importantly buy and I'm sure the business owners pay them as well as it increases their foot traffic. All text messages are run by a text bot so little to no cost for Hidden City to run the treasure hunt but some easy money to be made. Also pretty sure whomever owns the last place you end up which is some pretty awesome cocktail bar with awesome seating pods makes a small fortune from people doing this tour as they tired by the end and want a place to relax and get a drink. I wish I had thought of this idea as when I sat down to run some numbers this company must make an easy £20,000 to £50,000 a month depending on exact numbers and the fee charged to the businesses, when my twin went there were 8 of them and she said there were at least 4 other groups of 6 to 8 they kept running into on the day as well as all the other people who did it at other times, and Hidden City would most likely only need 1 to 3 people to run the business and the business can be run from anywhere and in any location. The most difficult part is finding the businesses to sponsor your tour, but I cant see many businesses turning down the opportunity to get additional customers for whatever fee per month they're charged by Hidden City and to allow a hidden note to be stuck on a wall or to have one member of staff hand over an envelope when someone says a key phrase to them.

      Hi Demy, we do indeed have a game set in the world of Sherlock Holmes! His nemesis, Professor James Moriarty, invites you to join his organisation by completing his challenge, which he has personally prepared. Your goal is to seek out his safehouse, but Holmes has other ideas…
      We don't have a Harry potter title yet, but we'd love to in future!

    Do you think a wheelchair could do this hunt? Well, not the wheelchair itself as he is not much of a thinker but, the gentleman (husband) who steers it. I want to get him back out with me and he would be great at the clues and hints. But he won’t want the hassle of loading himself and his chair in a plane and all that would involve just to wander around and grab something to eat. And try to do something then stumble upon some kind of road blocks, aka curbs and stairs. Fun video! Where can we find these literary hunts? If you linked the information in the description, pretend I didn’t ask. I can’t see any of that until I post this comment. BTW, the thumbnail shot for this video showed an elf in plain clothes. Who knew?
