For this location, I agree as most likely people will have salaries in keeping with that type of house price. :)
@@SassySkylar It's actually £453,000. I clicked the link in the description to Belway's website to check. They have put the wrong price in the title of this video. If you thought £280k was expensive....then how about the actual price...£453,000 lol.

Bellway have appalling finishes and the walls are like tissue paper for sound...... I'd steer well clear
This is a nice 2 bed house, why they won’t build more 2 beds like this I do not know. 2 beds nowadays are absolute shoe boxes and long term really do affect your mental health.

Good point! You know that we absolutely love natural light and ventilation wherever possible.
That’s gross that the family bathroom has no window. Thankfully the lower floor’s toilet has a window.

Not at this time, but maybe a future owner may consider renting it out, you’d have to wait to find out and it’s unlikely given the location.
DON'T EVEN BROUGHT ANY BELLWAY PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY NEVER TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILY ON THEIR SOLD HOUSE ALSO USED VERY BAD 3RD PARTY MANAGEMENT TO HANDLE AFTER SERVICE, NO SERVICE AT ALL, NO RESPONSE AND NEVER TAKE ANY ACTION WHEN THEY GOT COMPLAIN ANY FAULTS. IF YOU BROUGHT THEIR HOUSE YOU WILL REGRET END OF YOUR LIFE.
