Did the hacker replace your email with his? If so, you can recover your account using your email if the new email isn’t on your Roblox account for 30 days. This method saved me from losing my account.

@ when your email gets changed, Roblox will sent you an email called “Roblox email reset” read the email until it says “if you did not make this change, or did so by mistake, please click this link to change the email back.” It should contain a link to revert the changes
I think I know who you got hacked by. There is another friend called NeproVENOM in your friends list and when you look at both profiles, both of them are in the sol's studio group. They may have saw your Sol's RNG vids and then hacked you for that.
@cauagamer9926 It always gets corrupt and says error when I type the right pin, and i have to contact support to take it off everytime, so I just removed it
