People, de resolution was passed long ago infact two years back, but was to be implemented at the end of de term of their office. For example today we can pass president Museveni's retirement benefits., it doesn't mean he gets it there and den, its impremented when he retires from office. Have seen people getting confused here, that they were given money when they were just six months in office 😂😂
