What's interesting - the game looks futuristic, and yet it has the looks and vibes of 1930's - 1940's at the same time..
It's like someone from those times portrayed the city the way he thought the (dystopic) future would look like

Definitely! There’s a fair amount of Altered Carbon influence but I especially like the retro futurist meets jazz age aesthetic of the game
