You got his name wrong - it is Hua Chenyu or according to Western convention: Chenyu Hua. This performance was from The Singer 2018 which pitted professional singers against one another. Jessie J won that year, Hua Chenyu got in second. This is a cover of a rap song which Hua re-arranged completely.
