There's a simple answer for that .
When someone asks you for what happened. You usually tell the story in fragments, you never say the full story.
However, when you want to write an essay or even a book of the same story, you become fully descriptive of what happened, added details to it all.
You narrative the story when asked but when you write you describe the story.
So, I wouldn't say it's different. I will say its way more descriptive in ASTV.
As for the boring answer, its just a reused model. Same reason why Lizard's shadow is just an altered Green Goblin from earlier, they didn't wanna make a whole new model for a 2 second scene
