Fresh tomato seeds have a protective jelly like substance covering them to stop them germinating. That is why if you wish to save seed you soak in a little water for a few days to allow the jelly substance to rot away, keep the sunk seed, not the floating and use those to grow. The germination rate of this video would be very low. Don't copy, save seed properly or buy a packet and grow in soil normally.
