    Growing up all I would hear on espn is who’s better Kobe or Jordan. Then now people say Kobes barely top 10. Makes no sense

      @@davidlamar2806 don’t have to “look it up “ I’m 29 and lived in LA for 15 years. I lived the experience. The only people who said that were blind laker fans. Just like most of this comment section is. Y’all really have no sense. Lebron literally saves the franchise from toiling in obscurity with fucking Lonzo ball and Brandon Ingram, got y’all a chip and y’all do is nothing but fucking complain. Fan base is trash and is full of crying babies. And I got MAD RESPECT for Kobe. Top 5 all time in the history of basketball. But he’s just that, top 5, that’s Mount Rushmore convo no goat convo. Shaq being there for the first 3 rings has ALWAYS overshadowed him for the goat debate especially in regards to MJ.

    Bruh in the 2000s, Kobe’s Era, NOBODY gave a fuck abouta advanced stats and analytics! Y’all just seem to always wanna bring up BS that didn’t apply in Kobe’s era to use against him in the GOAT debate! @stephanASmith that’s clown behavior! You reported in that same era and never spoke about that. You on record, even on a Lil Wayne track talking Kobe up so much about him being the best player in the game! Back then it was all about who’s gonna hit the big shot for you!? Who has the killer mentality!? Who is the best in the game. And it was always Kobe Bean Bryant!

    If you stay in One team your whole Career through out Bad times and good times. If you win with your team more than 3 Championship. If your franchise kept building around you for more than 10 years. If you win with two diffrent generations with one team. If you win 5 championships in 10 years. If you save the dream team carrying the same players who lost in the olympiques and world champion prior to that and lead them to Gold. Kobe Bryant was the Alfa dog for the NBA for more than 10 years. Its a shame that the NBA today Allowed players like westbrook to win one MVP just like KOBE

  • @xpprofessor

    I'm sorry. LeBronze is not even close to being the G.O.A.T. If you want to be in that conversation, you can't only affect one side of the ball. You must also be a force on defense! And you absolutely have to win the championship when making it to the finals! You cannot lose more times than winning in the NBA finals or Olympics.
    I agree with Jay Williams that Kobe refined a lot of MJ's game. Kobe had more range. He had to develop this because of the NBA's rule change allowing zone defenses.
    At the end of the day, I have Jordan at number 1 due to his accolades. I don't think anyone will ever dominate the NBA the way that Jordan did. But Kobe was the next best thing. And if both played each other healthy and in their primes, one-on-one, I'd have to go with Kobe.

      1. Jordan. 2. Wilt. 3 or 4 Kareem or Mamba. 5. B Russell. 6. Tim Duncan. 7. Scotty P. And then maybe LeBron. Fact. Wake-up people in reality

      @rajs9031 23 дня назад +1

      I'm sorry. One side of the ball? You do realize that he was runner up for defensive player of the year twice right? Tell me which player at age 39 was elite on both sides of the ball or better yet, elite on any side period?

      @@rajs9031 I’m not only looking at LeBron now. Don’t misunderstand what I’m saying to fit your own argument. You can go on and believe that being runner-up for two seasons is good enough to be considered a part of the Greatest of All Time debate, but that isn’t good enough for me, not with countless other legends of this game.

    Has anyone told Shaq that Kobe literally can’t be the GOAT because he played with Shaq who is the greatest big man of all time? I would love to see his ego handle him being complimented while also being told he’s wromg😂

    • @zioncaroo7706
      @zioncaroo7706 23 дня назад

      Shaq is not the greatest big man. KAREEM HAS 6 RINGS N SECOND IN MOST NBA POINTS. SHAQ IS NOT EVEN A GREAT BASKETBALL PLAYER. 4 A MAN HIS SIZE HE SHOULD HAVE DONE WAY BETTET THAN KAREEM OR WILT. WILT HAD 50 POINTS GAMES N 20 BOARD FOR AN ENTIRE SEASON. AGAIN TIM DUNCAN WON 5 RINGS DURING SHAQ ERA. THAT SPEAKS VOLUME. WAKE-UP PEOPLE

    • @evannatland5151
      @evannatland5151 22 дня назад

      @@zioncaroo7706 in a 1v1 in their primes Kareem is what Shaq calls BBQ Chicken. Shaq never had to work for anything in his life that’s why he didn’t win more rings and the end of his career fell off a cliff. Shaq is the most naturally gifted NBA player possibly ever and he rode that 100% through his career. His only downfall was himself. That’s why I firmly believe in the conversation of the best big men ever, Shaq is number 1. But I would put Kareem higher on the all time list because of his accolades, you simply have too. But I seriously can’t see Kareem or anyone beating 2000-2002 Shaq.

    why we have to hear about this issue over and over .todays NBA is not any better than the REAL NBA OF THE 70S AND 80S were real competition used to make the games more enjoyable .whos the GOAT or self proclaim the goat in a weak era .the same thing is happening in MLB and paying ridiculous salaries cant even go to see the game .no body talks about CLAY DREXTLER Jordan stronger competitive and others great players that were fun to watch .CURRY with his 3 points ability not so much but his handling is nice to watch .todays NBA is boring .the Knicks are playing great but still a lot to go .

  • @evannatland5151

    Y’all gonna have to make me talk down on a late a great human being, and I don’t want to do that. If you have Kobe top 5 all time you’re fine with me I ain’t got. I argument with you there. To say he is either 1 or 2 is wrong. Those two spot belong to Bron and MJ in either order. Then you’d have to put him over fucking Kareem and if you’re gonna show ANY respect to the older eras of basketball you have to put him up there at 3. Then you got Tim Duncan, Magic, Bird, Russel, wilt, Hakeem, Durant, and curry to all consider in the top 10. Now if you got Kobe 4 or 5 or anywhere lower I ain’t got no argument with you but GOAT?? Y’all don’t look at him objectively. I lived in LA 15 years I get it. He’s top maybe top 5.

      it's a man given award, nba can give it to whom they want in which what they think would benefit the league... well they made a mistake in 2009 and 2010, when lebron was claiming his 1st and 2nd MVP's, kobe was winning rings which is what matters more.. kobe beating the teams that lebron could not beat.. so what does even MVP means?
