Enzo xbow 2.9 has the matchup because of the faster cycle. 2.9 can outcycle the rocket and generally apply more pressure. The icebow player can’t rocket cycle like they would in other matchups because they need to save rocket for the xbow. As long as the 2.9 player forces them to rocket every xbow, they are gonna win.

lemonTree68 made a lot of mistakes. He should have rocket cycled against this matchup when xbow was out of rotation. He could have easily won that.
