I find it odd these were designed to not fit an 8” marbelite section. Either way it’s a really neat representation of an uncommon piece.
Yeah that's a good point. I should have mentioned it in the video.
San Diego CA has some marbelite 8-8-12s that use these as the green arrow section.
Maybe the reason for twisting the socket maybe to have a nice reflection to low inperfections on the lens i guess cause of the filament inside the light bulb i guess

I have a question why some traffic light often are in span wire (Catenary)? Is for low cost? Bcse sometimes i see in USA with arm bracket on pole (for info im not American ive born in Belgium and live there 29 years now i live in Portugal thats make 6 years) thanks a lot bro for answering if you can gretings to USA from Europe - Portugal
