This is not the first Rwandan-backed militia operating in DRC under Kagame’s orders. M23 is simply a rebranded version of previous Rwandan-controlled groups.
🔹 Before M23, there was Laurent Nkunda, another Rwandan-backed warlord who terrorized eastern DRC. After he became too exposed, he was conveniently relocated to Kigali, where he now enjoys protection under Kagame.
🔹 Before Nkunda, there were other Rwanda-controlled rebel groups, all serving the same goal:
✅ Destabilize DRC
✅ Justify Rwanda’s military presence
✅ Exploit Congo’s minerals for Rwanda’s economic benefit
🔹 History keeps repeating itself, yet the international community keeps falling for Kagame’s deception.

All this crisis that is happening now in Congo is as a result of the weakness of the African Union the continent governance body ,to me the two government of this countries must be dissolve and the African Union must administered this countries for thirty years so that it can be stabilize after it stabilization then they give it back to the person .
