Traxxas MAXX V2 Suspension Tuning. Can we fix the horrible handling?

Can we fix the MAXX’s Crappy out of the box handling with a simple shock fluid change?
Had to put in 70wt fluid to even get it close to were it should be. Might even need 80wt to be honest but wanted a good base line at 70wt.
Traxxas needs to make a running change in production to update the oils they are putting in these trucks or change out the pistons to offset the needed pack in the shocks.
These trucks should not handle this bad out of the box.
