Strange story at the end . According to records the owner of LFH died in February 2019 and that date seems to tally with the car detail's expiry of August 2019 . Its clear that there is some problem with probate , but are you sure those people that showed up are genuine and not claim jumpers ? The building is likely 17th/18th century western school box frame with an external cladding of brick probably from the late 19th early 20th century . The back addition is called a " catslide " extension a pretty common method to provide additional utility space as cooking washing etc.,,would have been carried out in one of the ground floor rooms in the original part of the house . The outside pump is probably serving a functional well and its possible that the property is still supplied from that source .As a surveyor specialising in vernacular buildings , although born and bred in Essex , my travels all over the English countryside tell me there are enough features , the type of frame,,the bricks , the window style etc ., to place the building somewhere near Bromyard even if you hadn't mentioned the area .
The car is SORN off road. The change of ownership was in January 2020 so it belongs to a relative now. MOT expired in August 2019. It had 5759 miles on the clock in 2018 so hardly been used at all. That is amazing really. Good exploring this was. I am sure I have seen it before on a different explorers channel. There is planning for a large housing development on a Rose Farm in Malvern. Hope it's not this one!
You can buy Asprin everywhere, all supermarkets sell it, the Rayburn and Aga cookers were mostly used during the colder months, as they created a lot of heat, and warmed the home, in the summer months people used a normal cooker, usually electric, as they tended to cook less, and didnt want the heat in the home, thats why there are usually two different ones.
Thats not a Welsh dresser in the bedroom its a dressing table,a Welsh dresser holds dinner plates etc you'd find a Welsh Dresser in a kitchen or dinning room, hope that helps.
