1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp rice flour or corn flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
food color
1/4 cup yogurt
2 cup sugar
green cardamom
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Thanks Lubna ji ! Maine iss lockdown mein raat ke 1 bje jalebi bnaya aur bohot hi shaandar bana. Shape thoda sa kharab hua tha, jaisa ki aapne kaha ki practice se sahi hoga, but taste bohot hi lajawaab tha. Ghar mein sabko uthaya raat 1:30 ko aur khilaya. Sabko pasand aaya.
