Salsify flowers make a great snack alone or as an addition to salads or soups! If I spot them while sauntering, I routinely harvest a dozen or so to nibble on as I go. Mild, semisweet flavor.

Sorry man, I have had three very large and significant projects going simultaneously. I have to do things to make a living. Sometimes the free stuff has to take a backseat. I will get back to them as soon as i can.
