Against SEFK? Side in cosmic/back row hate to out the field spell draw phase. Generally, you shouldn’t have an issue outing the board since UCT sends everything and burns, not destroys. Just make sure you book everything in main phase while you’re protected by Misc.
If your going first against it, Ive had the best luck with using abyss dweller since they like to use the graveyard a lot. As for going second I usually hit them with the dark ruler/ evenly matched.
