I am getting the same message "Defaulting to user installation because normal site packages is not writeable." Why is this? I only get this error when installing on my work computer and do not have the same issue with my personal machine. Sir..Plz help me..I have python 3.4.3..After running in command prompt, as per it's suggestion, I upgraded the pip version to 19.1.1..But after that, if I try to install numpy. I am getting error code 1..Is it possible to install numpy with python 3.4.3 and pip 19.1.1? Or do I need to install python 3.7 or higher versions?
