Palm EFB Pellet line - 2TPH palm pellets production in Malaysia
Depending on the input products, which can be oil palm Fronds, trunks, fresh empty fruits bunches, aged palm EFB fiber, process steps are required.
Directly before the pellet machine, it is required the granular size of approx. 4mm and residual moisture content around 15% (+/-2%). Different ring die compression ratio should be chosen when processing on different type of Palm EFB or EFB fiber, like fresh EFB, ferment EFB and etc.
For an EFB pellet plant, it requires process steps:
Palm EFB Shredding, Shred Fiber Drying, fine fiber milling, pelleting, cooling, Screening, packing, and storing.
