Hehe dokładnie, ja lubię proste rozwiązania 😁👍
Watching from New Jersey, USA. I Love your videos. I'll be making this for my husband's garage. I've recently learned pen making. I'm looking forward to making and learning more. Thanks.
Well thank you kindly, I'm glad that you like my videos👍 all the best
Fantastic video. I now have one of these and it is so easy to use. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you kindly 👍
Another great detailed video. Thanks Thomas.
Thank you kindly for watching 😁👍
First lol, more great tips thank you.
Hehe congratulations 😁👍
Thank you for watching 👍
Really nice. Just what I need. I also appreciate you waiting for the blade to stop spinning! Question: on the table saw, how do you align the second cut so neatly so the 45 degree meets the first cut?
I just eyeball it ( 3:34 )
Nice jig Tomasz, anytime something we can make that helps with something else jig wise is a bonus 🍻👍
Yes mate, and saves money on buying tools that would do that job I guess 😉
Thanks for watching mate.
This one got the creative juices flowing. I thought that affixing cleats to the bottom of the base with an adjustable cleat on the end would facilitate precise centering of the workpiece as well as quick affixing. This should eliminate "tinkering" around diring set up.
That's a great addition yes, quite perfect actually 👍😁
Secondlol,good stuff.
Lol 😂 thanks mate
Vice
Yes I know I went with the American version 🤣😉

Hehe that's true but also over 50% of my views come from the good old USA😉
So sometimes need to bit flexible 🤔
Casual DIY makes sense to play to your main viewers I suppose. Really bugs me this, sorry, unsubscribed as daft as that sounds.
@@shaunsart no problem mate I know the world is not perfect. Stay safe👍
Have you made a whisky barrel before. I want to make one, but it looks kind of difficult. Not gonna make whisky. Just have in my mancave.
Hehe no mate not made a barrel before but who knows 🤔😁
I hope you do one day, so I can copy and learn 😀
Hi Tomasz what is the glue you are using? Cheers Rob

Yes yes it was just an example a quicky 😂🤣
@@CasualDIY use a lower resolution 📷 next time or be quicker with the wrist flick
The true art of joinery is to hide the balls ups in plain sight.
I'm great at that
@@darrinpatterson2764 haha good tips there mate 😁👍😂
Wouln´t you scratch the varnish with the sandpaper? He seems to not be a detail person.
The varnish on pen blanks it's only for the looks (and protection) for the customer so he can see what potential effects he will get after turning the blank. This jig is for anything else as well. Not only for pen blanks.
What is a pen blank???
You turn (on a lathe) pens from it.
