Very very true info, I’m 70 and have had sleep apnea 15 yrs , 2 years ago I bought a Oura ring to track my sleep levels and HRV etc then started D3 and all 8 B’s , WOW , measuring makes all the difference to tune it in . 2 questions: what about magnesium? Doesn’t vitamin d need magnesium in larger quantities or else it depletes magnesium levels? Also, what about people with the MTHFR mutation? Or is that of no concern when picking out a B50?
It's interesting about the acetylcholine deficiency as I have had a lab, paraneoplastic panel, and my N-AChr is out of range, which effects the autonomic system. Steven Vernino is accredited with discovering the N-AChR but in general neurologists are clueless and I am suffering as my autonomic system is failing. Blood labs that have been drawn repeatedly (last 5 years) for Vitamin D25 have shown that I am severely deficient (19) and yet they ignored! I may have to take things into my own hands. I am thinking, What if eating nearly meat only protect you from sun burning? I hear a lot of carnivores, who eat only meat, that they can stay hours into the sun, without getting burned by the sun. I am now a carnivore myself for more than 3 month and it is still spring here, so I was not able to experience it yet. What I do know, cancer loves sugar (carbohydrates) and without eating carbohydrates, you could be having cancer, but it can not grow, because they cannot find much food in you. So eating meat only can make, that you can go outside all te time. You are protected than.
we lost big part of bacteria so how would we regain it without probiotics I understand the point about letting body decide right proportions but I don't believe you get full variety by just eating good food (which usually marginalises fermented things with many people actually reacting to it alergically) the part what feeds right bacteria is a big question here but I guess you want to respect someone's efforts following their work compensating for so important knowledge
