Pattabhi Ramgaru, thank you for very inspiring videos. The book “Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton explains this phenomena (of placebo and Nacebo effect) very scientifically. This book changed my outlook towards life. It reinforces why we are not supposed to say anything negative even for a joke or accidentally (also referred as thathaastu devatalu) and the essence of the book “ secret” by Rhonda Byrne”. You are doing a wonderful job through this channel, keep it going.
